Lesson 3: When we stop managing our stress (not necessary!), we have time and space for what we want more of in our lives.
Lesson 4: There is no point in striving for "work-life balance" because human beings are naturally balanced. We can't be split into pieces. If something feels off kilter, we are free to go in a new direction.
Lesson 5: Clarity and calm are our natural states, and they are always underneath stress or any other powerful feeling. They don't go anywhere when we're having a stressful moment.
Conclusion: This is a new way of living that can transform every aspect of our lives
